At Lower Farm Primary, we offer a range of provision for our youngest pupils to ensure they have the best possible start to their education. Children learn through the EYFS curriculum in a nurturing environment supported by our experienced and caring staff members.
There are both funded and fee paying options for parents to choose from. We offer funded places to eligible two year olds for 15 hours a week. For 3 year olds we offer funded places for both 15 hours and 30 hours; depending upon eligibility.
For children staying 30 hours per week, there is the option to stay until the end of the school day for a small charge. 3 year olds are also able to access our Before & After school club from 7:30am-6:00pm and Playscheme during the holidays (see separate insert for details).
Extra three hour wraparound sessions can also be purchased in addition to this or for families who do not meet the criteria for funded places. Children are also encouraged to stay for either a school lunch or bring their own packed lunch.
Please note that prices are reviewed annually and may be subject to change.
Please note that we require an eligibility code in order to offer a funded place. For more information (including how to obtain the code) and to check your eligibility for free childcare go to www.childcarechoices.gov.uk Funding begins the term after your child’s 2nd or 3rd birthday.
To book any paid sessions, please contact the school office who will provide you with forms to complete in order to secure a place. Places are limited and reviewed on a termly basis.
